About this Event

Free Dive has been performing and recording together since 2003. All the band members contribute original compositions and collaborate on arrangements. The absence of a chordal instrument gives Free Dive their fresh sound — open, transparent, cinematic, evocative. Because of the broad musical backgrounds of all the band members, Free Dive explores many different musical styles including Jazz, popular song and Latin American- and African-influenced musics, and incorporates and encourages improvisation.
