About this Event
This workshop will introduce participants to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and its comprehensive services. DART offers a range of public transportation options, including bus routes, light rail lines, commuter rail (Trinity Railway Express), and paratransit for individuals with disabilities. Participants will gain knowledge on how to effectively utilize DART's most frequently used services.
Learning Objectives:
- DART services and coverage; participants will be informed about the light rail, bus services, GoLink, Dallas Streetcar, M-line Trolley, and paratransit services.
- Using DART, Tickets and Passes: To inform users about the different types of DART tickets and passes, how to purchase them, and the benefits and usage of the GoPass Tap Card.
- Navigating DART, maps and routes: DART offers interactive maps on its website and on the app, which provide real-time route information and trip-planning tools.
