Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Cross-Training workout at its South Reno studio! This workout is accessible for all ability levels!Bring friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome!

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance. If you cannot RSVP through Mindbody in advance, please plan to arrive early and let the coach know that you saw this workout listed on MeetUp and that you need to be added to the class so that you can sign the digital waiver.
