Free Creative Confidence Workshop (Pilot Session)

This is a free pilot workshop for adults focused on creative confidence, self-expression, and connection.

The session is playful, low-pressure, and experiential. We’ll use simple games, storytelling, and creative exercises — no performance, no “being good,” and no prior experience required.

This workshop is ideal if you want to feel more comfortable expressing yourself, connecting with others, or trying something creative in a supportive environment.

I’m running this as a pilot to gather feedback, so participation and reflections are greatly appreciated.
