Free Crafts for Kids: Bedazzle a Journal

Come to Made in ALX at 415 King St. in Alexandria and bedazzle a journal!

Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 for this fun (and free) activity!

You'll use a stencil to put your initial (the letter B is shown in the photo) on a journal cover, then use sparkly gem stickers to bedazzle it! This activity and all supplies are free.

In addition, you'll have the chance to meet the author of the children's book and audio experience "Ariel Skye, A Family of Stories." The Aerial Skyestory series began as bedtime story-making between mom (N. Penfield Burnett) and her daughter, Alex.
