North Metro Fire is offering free non-certification CPR classes and bleeding control classes on September 27, 2025. These classes provide hands-on training by North Metro firefighters in an interactive and welcoming format. The classes are great for people of all ages who want to learn lifesaving skills but don’t need a certification card for employment purposes.
By participating in the classes, you’ll learn:
* Hands-only CPR for adults and infants
* How to use an AED
* What to do when someone is choking
* How to apply a tourniquet to restrict bleeding
* How to pack a wound after a traumatic injury
CPR Class Times: 8-10 a.m.; 12-2 p.m.
Bleeding Control Class: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Class registration is encouraged but not required. Classes fill up quickly, so register today at nmfr.org/activities!
