CORE will host a COVID vaccination clinic AT Overcoming by Faith, Friday - 12/2 from 12:00-4:00PM.
The following vaccines will be provided:
Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson
1st Vaccine
Will be available for adults & Kids
Pediatric vaccines - (5years old to 11 years old)

Ages 12 and Up Only

$100 Incentive for the first 50 persons who have registered on the Core Registration Page ONLY
One (1) $100 physical Mastercard gift card per individual receiving any dose of the COVID- 19 vaccine at select CORE locations.
