Sign up to receive a free Covid-19 vaccination (Pfizer)at the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Awareness on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be registered to receive the vaccine. The vaccine will be administered by the Center of Advanced Wellness.
Once registered, you will receive forms to complete prior to your visit (if you have access to a printer). If not, you may complete your forms prior to receiving your vaccine.
