Hey guys, some VERY exciting news and an announcement! 🌿🤎
We’re coming together with Full Power Cacao at The Conscious Hub to celebrate the Autumn Equinox with cacao, breath, meditation and community.
Full Power Cacao are going to be supporting our gathering and have generously donated a big chunk of beautiful cacao for us to enjoy and share together. 🍫✨
Completely out of the blue, Liam rang me this week and we ended up chatting about all sorts of ideas, collaborations and exciting possibilities for the future. It was one of those conversations that reminds you what can happen when good people come together with a shared intention of creating something meaningful and giving back.
And for me, this is a little reminder of the work we’re doing here.
Abundance. Friendship. Community. Connection. Giving.
The Equinox is a beautiful point of balance. A moment to pause, reflect on what has been, honour the changing season and consciously step into what comes next. 🍂
