A Cello Christmas, and more! Four Cellos: From Film & Tango to Holiday Cheer

Join us for a FREE concert at Clear Lake UMC on Sunday, December 14th at 3 pm in The Wesley. This festive afternoon brings together four accomplished cellists for rich harmonies, cinematic favorites, lively tangos, and beloved holiday classics—a warm, joyful musical celebration perfect for the whole family!

Featured Artists:

Dr. Eunghee Cho – Award-winning cellist and prizewinner at international competitions in China, USA, Czech Republic, and Italy. Principal cellist of Mercury Chamber Orchestra and cello professor at University of Houston's Moores School of Music.

Benjamin Serur – Venezuelan cellist trained through Venezuela's renowned National System of Youth Orchestras, now principal cellist with multiple Houston ensembles.

Herlane Smith – Brazilian cellist performing with professional orchestras throughout Brazil and the United States, including Mercury Chamber Orchestra and New Mexico Philharmonic.

Joy Yanai – Canadian-Japanese cellist and prizewinner in national competitions, former tenured member of Naples Philharmonic, now performing regularly with Houston Symphony and Mercury Chamber Orchestra.
