Take a pause from the busyness of life and join us for a complimentary community yoga experience designed to nourish your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with yourself.
Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning to your practice, or looking to deepen your understanding of this ancient tradition, you're warmly invited to spend the morning with us.
What to Expect
• A 45-minute all-levels yoga practice
• Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the nervous system and cultivate presence
• A guided meditation
• An introduction to yoga philosophy and timeless wisdom inspired by Paramahansa Yogananda
• An opportunity to ask questions about yoga, wellness, and personal practice
• An overview of the Wellness by Vanessa G. 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training beginning September 11
• Light refreshments and time to connect with our growing community
