Join Pam of Pam Scott Wellbeing for an hour of gentle movement and relaxation to finish off your week. 7-8pm at St.Luke’s Centre Pallion
These are FREE monthly sessions on the first Friday of each month and only a small donation is asked for to cover heating, lighting and hall costs.
The Yoga movement is slow and flowing and completely suitable for beginners or those seeking a gentler Yoga style that is kind to joints and very relaxing.
Bring a mat, blanket, cushions to use as props to support the body and to make yourself comfortable for the guided relaxation at the end of the session
