Celebrate the longest day of the year with a blissful session of relaxing Yoga Nidra with Kate from CaraMaya Wellbeing and a Guided Meditation for the Solstice.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this event is open to all, just bring your mat and wear something comfortable to relax looking up at the sky.
