This event is free of charge but please pay as you feel so that I can keep offering accessible yoga in the local area. You can also "pay it forward" by doing a random act of kindness for another person or donating to a charity you care about. Another way you can support us is to follow and share our page and events.If there is less than 5 people attending or the weather is not appropriate, this event will be rescheduled to the following Saturday.

This class is designed for all levels, ages, and abilities. Just bring your mat/ beach towel and a yoga strap/ dressing gown belt (and a couple of blocks if you have them- don't worry if you don't). Please feel free to bring a chair with you if you'd like to practice some chair based poses. If there are any illnesses or injuries please let me know in a message before hand.
We will meet to the left of the sand dunes on the beach. Whilst I pride myself in making classes accessible to all I understand that the beach is not going to be the place for that. I have chosen Marske as the beach is accessible via a ramp, and there is sometimes parking available directly at the beach. Make sure you wear plenty of layers, in case there's a chilly sea breeze!
If there is no parking available, there is plenty along the sea front or at Windy Hill lane (in the village) both a 5 to 10 minute walk from our location.
Class will be 1 hour approximately.
