In honour of the late Beverley McDonald, Shannon would like to offer a FREE community Yin class. Bev spend a lot of her time volunteering and giving back to the community and on the celebrated anniversary of her passing, Shannon would like to give back in her honour.
This class will be open to everyone as all of the postures will be grounded and easily modified to accomodate everyones bodies.
If you are not familiar with the YIN practise, think of it as a nice long passive stretch class where you have a lot of time to BE.
Although this is a FREE class, if you happen to book in and then can't come, please cancel straight away so someone else can come along. If you have to cancel within 24hr of the class, please message us on the web so we can slide someone else in.
