Join us for a FREE Community Wellness Expo at the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle — a day of health resources, family activities, and community connection.
Presented by Westchester County & Greater Hudson Valley The Links, Inc., this event brings together healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to support wellness for all ages.
Enjoy health screenings, wellness workshops, CPR demonstrations, mammograms, and educational resources, along with fun activities for children and families including cooking demonstrations, exercise activities, music, entertainment, and a children’s fun zone.
Free refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
Accessible by Bee-Line Bus #7, Metro-North New Rochelle Station, and CircuitNR free local transportation. Parking is available behind the Club.
