Join City of Loveland Utilities staff and trained naturalist volunteers for a guided walk from Willow Bend Park & Natural Area to the Water Reclamation Facility off of Boise Ave. Learn about how the city conserves water for irrigation, water quality standards and reclamation, and how the natural area conserves water and habitat for wildlife.
The walk is approximately 1 mile, optional shuttle to return to Willow Bend or walk back on your own. All ages welcome. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring sun protection, bug repellant, drinking water, and binoculars if you have them. Event is free to attend but registration is required on offero.cityofloveland.org so we can plan shuttle space.
Meet the group at the upper (main) parking lot of Willow Bend Park.
