To celebrate International Yoga Day, we are offering a free community Vinyasa class.
The Vinyasa style of yoga asana practice is the connection of movement with breath. As we flow from shape to shape, we immerse ourselves in movement, and we are able to focus on the moments in between the postures and breaths. We typically start with the warming movement of the body and sun salutations before building towards asanas that need our deepest concentration and focus. The Vinyasa practice then builds to a peak before moving through “pratikriyasana”, poses that neutralize the previous shapes for a deeper sense of physical and energetic balance. Vinyasa flow classes are good for you if you are looking to build up strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Class Duration- 60 min/75min
