April Perez is a certified sound healer and the founder of The Sound Babe. Her work centers on intentional rest as a daily necessity, deserving the same care and attention we give to movement, nourishment and connection. Blending immersive sound with guided stillness, she brings people together to pause and recharge. April’s intention is to make rest approachable and help others create room for it in everyday life.
