Join me for a meditation and sound bath one Saturday every month at the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach. I am so honored to have the opportunity to hold this space for the community. Sound healing is an ancient medicine that uses instruments tuned to specific frequencies which emit sounds that are capable of healing dis-ease in the body as well as deeply relaxing the nervous system. Not only are the sounds peaceful to your ears, but the vibrations are felt by each of your cells in your body which may help promote healthier cellular function and DNA repair. Sound healing is beneficial for the whole person; mind, body, and spirit!

It is best to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and maybe a pillow / bolster to lay on during our sound bath session as the goal is to completely relax your mental and physical body in a position that allows you to be most comfortable. It is also welcome that you pull up a chair and sit, or even read a novel while we do our session. There are chairs provided by the library.

****Please note - If tickets say sold out, you are still welcome to join without signing up thru EventBrite!! We begin promplty at 11:30 AM.
***** Parking in City Center Garage is free with a parking voucher given at end of session by the library staff.
*****Friendly reminder to turn your cell phone off or to silent before our session. It is beneficial for you to have the chance to disconnect during this session as well as avoid disrupting any neighboring participants.
