This Free Self-Defence Class is delivered as part of our 'Stay Nourished' Campaign to provide free wellbeing activities to local communities in Hammersmith and Chiswick.
The class will be held in a matted Dojo at the Hogarth Youth and Community Centre in Chiswick.
