You will:
- Be led into a breathing meditation practice foundational to the system of Reiki (Japanese energy healing practice),
- Receive an optional hands-on or off Reiki treatment,
- Learn about the system of Reiki from the perspective of it’s Japanese Buddhist and Shinto origins
Your guide is Reiki Master Teacher Michaela Daystar, a dedicated practitioner with expertise in embodiment-based, experiential teaching and the history and original form of the system of Reiki.
