Join us for a FREE Community Pilates Class in the Park
Hosted by Larch House Physio & Movement, a community-focused physiotherapy and movement clinic opening in Stittsville this Fall.
Join us this summer for a relaxing outdoor Pilates class in beautiful Alexander Grove Park. Whether you’re managing pain, returning to exercise, or simply looking for a welcoming way to move, our Sunset Series is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and connection through movement.
As the sun begins to set, enjoy fresh air, mindful movement, and a supportive community—all experience levels are welcome.

Our Sunset Pilates classes combine gentle movement, fresh air, and community to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

Whether you’re living with pain, returning to exercise, or simply looking for a healthier lifestyle, Pilates in the Park is a safe and enjoyable way to reconnect with movement.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. 🌿

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Location & Meeting Point
Meet us at Alexander Grove Park in Stittsville.
Look for the Larch House Physio & Movement tent, flags, and registration table.
Free parking is available nearby.
Weather Policy
Pilates in the Park is a rain-dependent event.
- We monitor the forecast closely before every class.
- If heavy rain or unsafe weather is expected, the class may be cancelled.
- If the forecast is uncertain, we’ll email registered attendees approximately 24 hours before the event.
- A final weather update will be sent by 4:00 PM on the day of each evening class via email, Instagram, Facebook, and Eventbrite.
- Even if the class is cancelled, members of the Larch House team may still be at the park to answer questions and host a short live Q&A if conditions allow.
Registration
If a session reaches capacity, please join the waitlist. Additional spots may become available as registrations change.
