We're bringing you a complimentary, 60-minute movement experience designed to leave you feeling lighter than you came.
No pressure. No perfection. Just good music, great energy, and movement that feels more like a party than a workout.
THE EXPERIENCE
🌊 HIGH TIDE | 30 Minutes
We're turning up the energy with 30 minutes of fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio set to feel-good beats. No dance experience required, just bring your energy and get ready to move!
🌊 LOW TIDE | 30 Minutes
We'll bring the energy down with a rhythmic, Pilates-inspired movement session that blends sculpting, stretching, and intentional movement. Think strength meets flow, all to the rhythm of the music.
MORE THAN MOVEMENT
✨ The Tide Welcome Kit: Our first 20 guests to arrive will receive a special Tide Welcome Kit filled with a few feel-good surprises.
🥗 Ideal Nutrition: We're teaming up with NoHo's newest healthy meal prep service, Ideal Nutrition, to introduce you to another way to feel good from the inside out.

MOVE FOR A CAUSE | TIDES OF CHANGE
At Tide, we believe feeling good should extend beyond ourselves.
Through our Tides of Change community initiative, this experience will support Tampa Bay Watch, a local nonprofit dedicated to protecting and restoring the Tampa Bay estuary.
This event is 100% complimentary. There is no cost to participate and no donation is required.

WHAT TO BRING: A fitness mat, water, comfortable clothing, and your favorite people.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come as you are! But if you're feeling the Tide vibe, we invite you to dress in our signature coastal colors — navy, white, cream, taupe, or soft blue. We're creating a beautiful sea of Tide on the lawn, and we'd love for you to be part of it!
All movement levels welcome. Modifications encouraged. No dance or Pilates experience necessary.

PARTICIPANT HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for and participating in The Tide Experience hosted by Tide Social Collective, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Health & Physical Readiness
I voluntarily choose to participate in this physical activity and confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I am physically capable of participating safely. I understand that the event includes dance cardio, Pilates-inspired movement, stretching, and other physical activities.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or concerns about my ability to exercise safely.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, dizziness, cardiovascular complications, and other injuries.
I acknowledge that this event takes place outdoors and may involve uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and other environmental hazards.
I voluntarily assume the known and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with my participation, including the risk of serious injury.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I voluntarily release and agree not to hold liable Tide Social Collective, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, representatives, and participating event partners, including Armature Works and its applicable owners and operators, for claims arising from injuries, losses, or damages related to my participation in this event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, except where such release is prohibited by law.
4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to participate at my own pace, follow applicable safety instructions, use appropriate equipment, and discontinue any activity that causes pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
I understand that participation is entirely voluntary and that I may stop at any time.
5. Emergency Assistance
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize event personnel to seek appropriate emergency assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
6. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By registering for this event and affirmatively accepting this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its terms, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and voluntarily agree to participate at my own risk.
Participant must be at least 18 years of age to accept this waiver independently.
