10 AM – Outdoor Yoga & Resource Fair
Start the morning with Yoga on IPH’s front lawn led by Dancing Lotus. Not much of a yogi? Connect with local organizations and access valuable resources supporting women’s health.
11 AM – Poetic Response featuring Glenis Redmond.
Glenis Redmond is Greenville, South Carolina’s inaugural Poet Laureate and a 2025 recipient of the Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest civilian honor. This award is bestowed by the Governor in recognition of a lifetime of extraordinary achievement, service, and contributions on a national or statewide scale.
11:15 AM – Film Screening
The (M) Factor 2: Before The Pause (60 min.) – Premiering in Spring 2026, this documentary sequel highlights the often overlooked, misunderstood, and underdiagnosed decade-long transition of perimenopause. Executive produced by Alyssa Milano and Jeannie Mai, the film explores symptoms beginning in a woman’s mid-30s, featuring real stories and expert insights on how this phase impacts heart, brain, and bone health.
12:20 PM – Post-Screening Panel Discussion

Dr. Pamela Gibson Senegal proudly joined the YWCA Central Carolinas as the new CEO in early March, 2025. Previously, she served as President of Piedmont Community College since 2017.
Dr. Senegal earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Adult and Community College Education—all from North Carolina State University.
Dr. Tonya Freeman, PsyD, LP is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health for the Charlotte Region at Novant Health’s Psychiatry Institute. She specializes in lifespan and health psychology with a strong focus on women’s mental health, trauma-informed care, and integrated, multidisciplinary approaches to wellbeing.
Jasmine Cutlip, FNP-C, MSCP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialty training in gynecology, urogynecology, and urology. She is a certified menopause practitioner through The Menopause Society.
Alyse Kelly-Jones, MD, FACOG, IF is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on gynecology and sexual health. She currently serves patients at Tryon Women’s Center, focused exclusively on women’s health, and provides exceptional care and surgical services for patients of all ages, from childhood to the reproductive years to menopause and beyond.
