September is Falls Prevention and Healthy Aging Month! To celebrate, Orange County older adults are invited and encouraged to attend our free community health clinic. Join our community health partners as we learn helpful health tips, check our glucose and cholesterol numbers, and review our medications. Resources will be provided by our health partners, including flu and tetanus shots. Medication consultations, as well as Falls and Memory screenings, are available by appointment only.
