Join us Sunday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Holmen studio for a FREE Community Flow. Class will be led by our current cohort of yoga teacher trainees as they near the completion of their 200-hour study and certification! Classic Flow is our signature practice. You will move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room will be heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
