This session is designed to get you moving, boost your energy, and connect you with your community!
🌀 What to expect (approx. 60 mins):
✅ Quick sign-in, welcome & safety briefing
✅ Warm-up (8–10 mins)
✅ Cardio block – walk/jog/shuttles (12–15 mins)
✅ Strength circuit – 6–8 simple stations (15 mins)
✅ Team finisher – short, fun relay (8–10 mins)
✅ Cool-down & stretch (5–8 mins)
✅ Wrap-up & next dates
👨👩👧👦 Who can join:
Perfect for adults of all fitness levels, children 5+ welcome. Inclusive and supportive of diverse communities, mobility limitations, and low fitness levels.

Every Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30pm–5:30pm at Eastdale Reserve

Just your towel and water bottle – everything else is provided.
