Free Community event

Join founders of Gaia Yoga School Nazli, Kelly, and Justice in a community gathering in La Jolla! You will be guided through breathwork, a vinyasa flow, some yin yoga postures, and end with a mini sound bath, all in the beautiful Ellen Browning Scripps Park!

We will end the gathering with an info session about our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training (in collaboration with Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla). The event is open to anyone, any level, and the info session will offer you a chance to get to know us better and for us to get to know you!
