We're excited to offer a FREE Anti-Bullying Course for the community, running from Monday, October 7th to Wednesday, October 30th at EDJ School of Jiu-Jitsu in Riverside. This empowering 4-week program meets every Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 PM (PST) and is designed to equip kids and adults with the skills and confidence to stand up against bullying.
Through a combination of practical self-defense techniques and confidence-building exercises, participants will gain valuable tools to navigate challenging situations and foster a more respectful, bully-free environment.
Don't miss this chance to be part of a community movement to stop bullying while learning from experienced instructors in a supportive and engaging setting.
