FREE Community Dance Class for Adults!

Join us for this super fun, low-stakes and welcoming community dance class at BalletNova in Studio A! This class will explore dance-based movements in a creative structure that teaches basic skills in dance, facilitates playful community learning with games and provides an open space for personal discovery and reflection. No dance experience is required to participate!

Unlike a traditional dance class, there is no pressure to remember complex choreography or meet a specific skill level. Instead, our dance environment is built to support you where you’re at and offer an experience of dance as a powerful tool for self-expression, healing and communal storytelling.

Whether it’s your first time dancing or your first time in a long time, we welcome your curiosity, love of movement and good energy. This is dance as discovery—where every step is a beginning!
