Our first FREE community CPR and Defibrillator training course in Marston. Come and learn how to save a life!
The event is on Thursday 11th July at the Northway Community Centre. Please arrive around 6.15pm.

The course is being run by the wonderful people at First For Safety Oxford.
It is a 90 minute course and we are expected to be all finished just before 8pm. There will be tea and coffee available.
This popular, 1.5 hour awareness course is designed to give members of the public the confidence to perform effective CPR and access and use an AED safely and with confidence. It’s suitable for anyone aged 8 years and over.
During a cardiac arrest, CPR is extremely important to keep the brain oxygenated. If a casualty does NOT receive effective CPR within around 4 minutes of their heart stopping they are, at best, likely to suffer irreversible brain damage. That’s why this course covers effective CPR too.
