Join us for a transformative community gathering, “Collective Healing Through Art: Finding Hope After Loss,” where we come together to explore the power of art in healing and finding hope after experiencing loss.
Cynthia Gahan, from Heart Art Healing and poet and mental health advocate, Josh Griffin, will be facilitating two interactive workshops about using art and poetry as a means to use our creativity to honor and remember those we've lost. Grief is something that almost all of us have or will experience. Art can be a tool that brings us together to connect about this universal experience, to share stories about those we've lost, and to lift one another.
In addition to the workshops, a few organizations will be attending to share their resources on grief and loss for those who may be looking for added support.
