What We’ll Cover:
Weather & Water Choices – Learn how to read forecasts, assess conditions, and choose the right body of water for a safe and enjoyable paddle.
Board Selection – Discover why inflatable boards perform better in cold water and how they add safety and stability.
What to Wear – From layering tips to dressing for water temperature first, we’ll break down the difference between wetsuits, dry suits, and other thermal gear.
Essential Gear – I’ll share my personal setup, from PFDs to dry bags, and give you insight on the must-have items that make cold water SUP both safe and comfortable.
