Free Children’s Holiday Programs: Saturday December 13 from 11 am—noon.

Sinterklaas Story Time in the Ten Broeck Mansion parlor

• Advanced registration is required as space is limited
• Story sessions will begin at 11:00 am and 11:30 am. Sinterklaas will take a short break in between story sessions.
• Visitors can come to one of the story session or stay for both sessions. Please register for both sessions if you would like to attend both.
• Please note: visitors will be seated on the rug for story time. For visitors with ADA needs, please contact us: 518-436-9826.

Free children's ornament making - please note event is held downstairs. Space is limited due to our recent move from our office space.

• Please register for both Sinterklaas story time and the ornament making if you would like to attend both.
• Please be sure to cancel your registration if you are not able to attend so others may participate. To preserve the community nature of this event, the ACHA reserves the right to cancel no-shows or decline large orders.Thank you for understanding.

Afterwards, continue the holiday fun:

• Take a Ten Broeck Mansion walk-through tour (see full schedule on our website) with free children's activities & kits: "Indoor Forest" exploration for younger children and "Round the World" for middle school. Advanced registration recommended.
• Shop local at the Ten Broeck Mansion: Shop our holiday porch shop and indoor shop of hand-made wreaths, ornaments, and vintage teacups, books, and locally made artisanal goods from our museum shop. Admission to porch sale and museum shop: free (reservations not required). All shop sales and donations help us continue our 100% free family programming and raise funds for our education center.
• Museum Shop Hours: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays noon-3 from December 4-December 21. Museum shop: free admission, no reservations required.
