Join Angie from Heart Center @ Move with JOY studio after rooftop yoga, Thursday July 11th @7:15pm for this free Chakradance class.We will be exploring the throat chakra and making some noise while we move and groove. This dance will be especially good for folks working on their communication and speaking our own truths!
This class is for adult dancers of all levels, in fact, no dance experience is necessary.
