More Chair Yoga is coming to town! This gentle style of yoga is wonderful for people recovering from injury and illness, as well as older adults. One-time free class at the Senior Resource Center. Then a regular weekly class begins July 3 (Wednesdays, noon to 1pm) at Bluestem Yoga.
