Free Cardio Dance Classes

Led by Dawn Peck, an AFAA-certified instructor known for her uplifting and inclusive classes, each session blends Zumba, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Reggae, Reggaeton, and more to keep your heart pumping and your body moving. 👟

Plus, April is the American Heart Association’s Move More Month and National African American Women’s Fitness Month, making it the perfect time to jumpstart (or continue) your wellness journey in community. 💪

💃🕺🎵 No equipment required. Just come ready to dance and have fun.

⏰The class itself is 6:00-7:00pm

😋 Stick around after class for complimentary snacks and time to cool down with fellow participants.

Getting There:

🚶🏽‍♀️ The plaza is at the corner of West Peachtree St and Ponce de Leon Ave and is on top of the North Avenue MARTA station, so MARTA is a great way to get to the event.

Parking:

There will also be free parking for event attendees, on a first come first serve basis at the All Saints Church lot, on the corner of West Peachtree and North Avenue (please note that the parking lot is not available on Oct 30th, so please utelize other parking that day if you drive).

If the lot is filled there is also abundant paid parking in the vicinity, such as street parking on West Peachtree St, a surface lot next to the station, and the Element and Courtyard hotel parking lot.

April 2nd: All Saints has an event April 2nd so please give yourself enough time to find street parking or take MARTA.
