FREE Buggy Walk for New Parents! ��Kicking off our 2026 community events… join Suzie for a relaxed, friendly buggy walk - a chance to get some fresh air, gently move your body and connect with other parents.
� What to expect:
• Easy, buggy-friendly walk (around 1 hour)
• Optional gentle exercises along the way
• Supportive, no-pressure environment
• Time to chat, share or simply enjoy a peaceful stroll
Suzie @sb_strength_and_restore is a Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Exercise Instructor and will guide optional movements to help you ease back into exercise.
