Free movement and breathwork on Shoreham beach - everyone welcome!!! Followed by The Grateful Mile walk (optional).Join us by the swimmers area opposite Ferry Road entrance, on the beach in front of the two benches.
You will not be able to miss us, if you do then follow the music and the flag.
Bring something to sit / lie on and your swimmers if you are going in.
We will also be walking a grateful mile along the boardwalk afterwards for anyone who wants to join us for a chat.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
