Free Bread Making Class

Thewill offer a free bread making class in partnership with , a one-acre suburban homestead in Savannah, Ga. Homesteaders Bobby and Sherrie Black share their adventures in planting, farming, harvesting and cooking on their popular social media channels and seek to inspire their followers, known as “soilbrothas” and “soilsistas,” to live a healthier and more eco-friendly lifestyle.

In this immersive, hands-on class, Sherrie Black will teach participants how to make a delicious loaf of sandwich bread from simple ingredients. Participants will hand knead the dough and learn tips and tricks for baking homemade bread that is free of preservatives and other additives.

The bread making class is free and open to the public. Space is limited, and advance registration is required. At the time of registration, please list any food allergies.
