Energize your midweek with our free Bootcamp sessions at Wildflower Park on Wednesday afternoons. These workouts are an excellent way to de-stress after a long day at work. Join us by the beautiful intracoastal for a high-energy fitness experience that will leave you feeling revitalized. This is a drop-in class, registration is not required. Please bring your own water bottle.
