This is a FREE event for women only.
Black Widow is the female Avenger who can stand toe to toe with super-villains and aliens. But in the real world, many of us may not be prepared for an unexpected assault. So, Geek Wellness Education is hosting a FREE class to provide women with some basic skills on what to do and how to survive and escape an attack.
Hosting our class will be a real life Black Widow...Carmen B Gullliksen. Carmen is a multi-degree black belt in Karate, Taekwondo and Hapkido. She is also a licensed women's self defense trainer, and "The Mom-ba" (as she is called) is even an undefeated professional boxer!
