Free Bike Lessons for Kids (PM class)

Class size is limited to 8 participants and lesson registration is required through REI Kennesaw Co-op.
Lessons are free (thanks to Town Center Community and Kaiser Permanente) and are led by instructors from REI Kennesaw Co-op. Each lesson is limited to 8 participants and offers instruction to help overcome fears, teach important skills such as starting and stopping, and how to maneuver their bike around obstacles. Students should arrive with their own bikes with the training wheels removed. They should be able to sit on the seat with their feet flat on the ground. This class is for children 5-12 years old, and accompanying adults will be expected to support their budding cyclist throughout.
