FREE Bike Buckeye Lake Tri-County Kids' Bike Safety Rodeo 2025

Welcome to the Buckeye Lake Tri-County Kid's Bike Safety Rodeo! Join us on May 10, 2025 rain or shine at the Millersport Elementary School parking lot (parking at the high school next door) for a fun-filled day of learning about bike safety. Kids ages 5-10, who are able to ride a bike without training wheels, will have the chance to participate in various activities and games to improve their biking skills. This in-person event is a great opportunity for children to have a blast while learning to stay safe on their bikes. The goal of this event is to promote cycling proficiency, safe riding and fun in our community. Don't miss out on this exciting event! There is limited space available, so register today!

Each kid who is registered for this and attends this FREE event will receive a free properly fitted helmet and swag bag. Those completing the Bike Rodeo Course will be entered into a drawing for a brand new bike!

Maximum entry and participation in the rodeo is one adult or guardian of 18 years of age or older with 2 children, including any child staying with the parent or guardian but not participating in the event.

While there is no cost for this event, we ask that you register only if you and your child can attend as registration slots are limited. If your plans change and you will not be able to make it, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] which will create an opportunity for another child waiting to participate. When registering, please first register with the parent/guardian name, then enter each child's name who will be participating.

In order for a child to participate in this event, they must bring a rideable bike, without training wheels, and a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older) who can stay with the child for the entire event. A child arriving without either one of these will not be permitted to participate.

The event will take place in the parking lot of the elementary school, with parking available at Millersport High School next door.

Check in closes at 11:30am on the morning of the event.
