Join my queens and I for a free Basshall Twerk After Work™ class!

Twerk After Work™ is a dance fitness class that's focussed on learning twerk techniques and dance sequences to afrobeats, soca, dancehall, hip-hop music and more. Each class will help you to release stress, burn calories and grow confidence, finishing off with positive affirmations which warm your soul and mind. We have a strict good vibes only policy and encourage you to be open and soak up all the energy in our safe, no judgement space! Join m

When and where is the class?

Our free class is Monday 29th April, 7-8pm at the Aylesbury Vale Academy Dance Studio - Paradise Orchard, HP18 0WS. Park in the carpark off Kentish Street, walk round to the front of the building and enter via the main reception. Go through the right hand door, up the stairs in front of you and the dance studio is just down the corridor on your right hand side.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in queen! We do encourage you to wear something loose on the bottom half so your booty movement isn't restricted.

Do I need to have any twerk experience to attend?

Absolutely not! New twerkers are more than welcome and we'll teach you all the techniques for you to learn and practice.
