At Central Movement Martial Arts, we develop our students into leaders. Through our program, we practice principles like respect, self discipline, self control, and confidence all while having fun! We teach children how to focus and become better students in school and life, as well as give them tools to safely protect themselves and their family.Join us for our Free Class to learn "The ABC's of Success!" finishing with breaking a REAL WOOD board!

A: Our workshops last approximately 40-45 minutes, and if you're interested in enrolling, please plan to send another 20-30 minutes with us post workshop
