Our masterful facilitators will guide you back to yourselves through varied modalities.
Immerse yourself in the melody of the singing bowls with Colleen from Colleen Pearce Healing or feel yourself grounded in your body in meditation with Cat Cronin from The Little School of Art and Alchemy.
You'll need:
? yoga mat/ towel
? water bottle
? sun protection
? an open mind and heart
Class is free. Donations are welcome and donated to Saltwater Cleanups for cleaning our beaches and educating the community on zero waste living.
