FREE Baby Yoga Session for Babies Aged 7 Weeks to 8 Months

Compas Charity offers free Baby Yoga & Mindfulness classes at the Peterborough Cultural Centre, focusing on parent-infant bonding, sensory integration, and shared calm through movement and relaxation in both nature and indoor settings. The sessions are led by the organisation's instructors and are part of Compas Charity's broader mission to empower communities through education, cultural exchange, and support services for families in Peterborough.

If you do have a yoga mat, please bring it along. Alternatively, we have a limited number available that we can provide you with (first-come, first-served basis).

What is Compas Charity's Baby Yoga?

• Focus:The classes combine gentle yoga stretches, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to foster a strong connection between caretakers and babies.

• Eligibility:The classes are for babies from around 7 weeks old up to the pre-walking stage. The exercises will vary depending on your baby's stage of development.
