Join us for a unique and delightful yoga experience with Baby Goat Yoga on Saturday, June 22nd, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. This event will take place outside at The Health Spa, located at 7407 Thunder Valley Road.
Cox Springs Farm will provide adorable baby goats to accompany us as we move through a serene and enjoyable yoga practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to participate and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of yoga and the playful presence of baby goats.
The event is free, but donations are appreciated. All proceeds will support patients in need of financial assistance with integrative oncology services at The Health Spa.
